What is included without VERTEX Care?
Every build includes the first deployment, credential handover and 14 days of support for defects within the agreed scope.
Can VERTEX Care add new functionality?
VERTEX Care covers hosting and technical maintenance. Existing-page updates are billed with Essential or included within the Plus allowance. New pages, features and redesigns are scoped separately.
What happens after the included update time?
We confirm the extra work with you before starting. Essential updates are A$69 per hour. Plus includes up to four hours, then approved extra time is A$49 per hour.
Can an existing external website use VERTEX Care?
VERTEX Care is reserved for websites built by VERTEX STUDIO so the technical quality and response commitment remain reliable.
