What you share with us
When you send a project enquiry, we receive your name, email address, business type, town or region, and chosen package or service. A phone number and project note are optional. We also record the enquiry reference, time received, and the page or action the enquiry came from. Email correspondence includes the information you choose to send.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand the project, prepare recommendations or a quote, and provide services you agree to. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in a project note.
Storage and delivery
Enquiries are saved on the server that runs our contact service. Where email notifications are configured, your enquiry is also delivered to the studio through Microsoft email services or the configured email provider. Hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering those services. We do not sell enquiry information.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion. We will review the request and explain if any information needs to be retained for an ongoing service, record-keeping obligation, or a security issue. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently applied to enquiries.
